I decided to move from Colorado Springs to New York and pursue my life’s ambition by attending the French Culinary Institute. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, I was fortunate to gain a tremendous amount of front and back of the house experience, where I was a pastry chef, garde manger, poissonnier, and saucier. Upon returning from New York, I graduated from Westwood College in Denver, Colorado with a degree in
Hotel and Restaurant Management to help support my true passion to open my own catering company. I wanted to create a catering company that would be dedicated to excellence in the food quality, preparation and presentation catering functions both small and large. By treating each event as important as the next, I can allow every client
the opportunity to experience how a party is supposed to feel, leaving the work to C Cobb Creations.

My passion for baking and cooking began as a child spending time along side of my mom in the kitchen. Now that I am older, I realize my true calling is being creative in the kitchen and sharing that with other people. Although I started my career in food as a waitress, I quickly learned that I wanted to be behind the plate that makes it to the table. Working in catering has proved to be the best outlet for me as far as my individual work, it is fast paced, creative, and ever changing. Now, when I’m not at work creating things for you, I spend my time at home cooking for my husband and kids, also making the kitchen a fun and creative place for my whole family. I want our clients and their guests to feel at home with us and know that we are available and open to any personal touches they may want to bring to their special event. Family is one of our corner stones at C Cobb Creations and that’s exactly what I want to bring to your table. Yum!

In 1990 I was born in Germany. Born an Army brat, I moved all over the United States. Watching my mother and grandmother and eventually taking over the ropes, cooking became a true passion, and eventually a career for me. Being Mexican and Puerto Rican, my family traditions come out in every creation I make. I hope my worldly experience helps shape a unique menu and food presentation for you. Ensuring that all the food I cook is truly memorable, I bring fresh ideas and a wealth of knowledge as Sous Chef at C Cobb Creations!.
