Welcome to C Cobb Creations sample menus. We want to create for our clients the best experience for their event possible. These menus are only the beginning. Custom catering is what we do. All the menus are designed as suggestions that you can use, or change as your event, dinner, lunch, meeting, wedding reception, or special occasion dictates.
In order to ensure quality and availability we ask that for lunches or dinners you call us by noon the day before. For Monday we need to know before noon on Saturday. All other events take a little longer and we ask a minimum of 72-hour notice. Of course events with more notice will ensure you won't be disappointed especially if that date is already taken. We need the time to prepare requests as our food is fresh not frozen.
